Part available but then I had to travel to get it. No big deal happy I found it.
Very knowledgeable and had what I needed. It was more expensive than everywhere else.
Zero customer service. We were barely checked on 20 minutes after looking around. When we asked a question about the price of the faucet we wanted we were scoffed at and told that is was $6000…as if that was out of our price range. Then they walked away before we could inquire about ordering one. Customer service agents were helping customers in our area, but 2-3 were just sitting at desks on their phones and actively ignored us as we passed by. Yikes
