My wife went to the Meridian showroom to shop for a new kitchen sink. The showroom is beautiful, but the two female employees that were talking and giggling to one another at the counter, offered no assistance. There were two other employees that were actively helping customers. After a short time, my wife left and made her purchase elsewhere.
Solid place, professionalism & reasonable prices. I was recently helped by Brett, she was able to look into what I needed, the cost, time frame of arrival, all with a positive demeanor, very grateful!
Service, not great and maybe better off not interacting with the staff. I’ve been in a few times and it’s been difficult most times to get any help. I did have one good experience with the staff member going above and beyond and checking with one of the electricians but the other three times I’ve been in, I’ve either received no help from staff that was just sitting around or I was finally able to receive assistance after almost begging for it.
