New homeowners here. Raven and staff were great. Hooked us up with our needs.
Delivered with a semi, turn in off of Blairs Ferry, good amount of room to get into the dock. May be able to park behind them after hours, seems to be enough room.
Had nice products. Prices weren't to far out of line. But, come to the day the plumber was supposed to install it all, the items weren't there. Originaly, the lost the order. That was fixed but they didn't get the parts ordered. So we didn't have use of our new bathroom for another 3 days. Very disappointed with Ferguson.
Terrible service after the sale! We bought a Sub Zero refrigerator from them and after 1 year it stopped working. Sub zero has sent a replacement for us but we cannot get them to schedule the install.
Not sure why I am giving 3 stars, guess I am feeling nice. had called several times on an items that was to be replaced a week after I called. Called today and was told I would be called back shortly. 4 hours later I called back. As the other reviews state, if you leave a message don't expect a call back. Over promise under deliver is appearing to be what they go off of. If it takes an extra few $$ go to slager or the other appliance places coming to town. A very bizarre experience.
