I’ve called Amarillo store for the last hour every 5 minutes and can’t get no one to answer the phone. Y’all’s answering system suck!!!! Don’t know how yall expect to do business when you can’t get anyone to answer the phones.

It was alright. Guy was like " oh that parts been discontinued for 10 years, they don't make that anymore ". He did only suggest one other place that would carry it. Which turns out they make a replacement part for.
If I could give this company no stars that is exactly what I would do. But fortunately for them they get 1... We bought all new appliances for our new built home. We went with 1 brand so that everything was the same line/style. The refrigerator started making a noise just over a year of being put in the house. I contacted Ferguson for assistance.
