I personally went to the show room instead of on the build.com website when ordering the kitchen range hood because I wanted to make sure everything was correct. The hood was correct but when received it was damaged (dent on the upper left on the front) when I called 1st they wanted me to to handle it myself, call the vendor and deal with it.
