I could not be happier with the overall experience I had with Ferguson. My husband and I wanted the expertise in purchasing new appliances and Johnny Ramos could not have been more helpful or patient. He was extremely knowledgeable and we felt he was always looking out for our best interests. In after sales, Cassandra John’s is amazing. She was efficient and compassionate in helping us with appliance needs. Both of these people epitomize great customer service and knowledge!
Gorgeous show room
I personally went to the show room instead of on the build.com website when ordering the kitchen range hood because I wanted to make sure everything was correct. The hood was correct but when received it was damaged (dent on the upper left on the front) when I called 1st they wanted me to to handle it myself, call the vendor and deal with it. I said no I came to you, paid $1200 and I expect your assistance. Then they said ok you’ll have to return the damaged one, purchase a new one and once the vendor inspects the hood if / ... read more
