We stopped at Ferguson in Bozeman while on vacation to get ideas for a kitchen remodel. Sales person Kade Ohlendorf was extremely helpful even though he knew we would be ordering from our local Ferguson store when we get home.
Terrible customer service Hard to reach and don't have the people to help deal with issues or questions. They have a massive market presence so let us not allow them to dominate as they can't take care of their customers. Wayfair does a better job.
Love the experience and professionalism of this business. Gabby rocks!
You need to tell your appliance installers to stay the F**K out of the electrical panels.!!
