Poor customer service. I received the wrong towel rack. Very little communication thus far to make it right. Not able to reach rep , customer service, manager, etc. Very poor customer service.
I should have really paid attention to the reviews on Google AND Yelp about the lack of customer service at Ferguson. Next time I will follow the reviews about customer service at stores.
