Cameron was fantastic. He was able to assist me and organize everything so that I could collect everything before the warehouse closed. I was in a rush.
My mom and I just met with Jessica, and she is wonderful! The showroom is beautiful and we were greeted immediately. It's one stop shopping! Jessica was so knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. She listened to what we were looking for and guided us accordingly. Jessica never made us feel pressured or tried to up sell us. We selected appliances, kitchen sink, faucet and cabinet knobs. We will be returning to look at light fixtures. Thank you Jessica for making this stress free!
Very expensive
I just shopped this location and placed an order with the amazing, Phoebe! I believe in recognition and applause for above & beyond service, and that’s exactly what I experienced today. Phoebe assisted me with kitchen fixtures and hardware for our new kitchen and bathroom cabinetry. She went above & beyond to help me initiate a return for an online order I had placed with Ferguson. 10/10 customer service!
