I just shopped this location and placed an order with the amazing, Phoebe! I believe in recognition and applause for above & beyond service, and that’s exactly what I experienced today. Phoebe assisted me with kitchen fixtures and hardware for our new kitchen and bathroom cabinetry. She went above & beyond to help me initiate a return for an online order I had placed with Ferguson. 10/10 customer service!

On June 14, 2024 my husband and I were heading to a company on Metro parkway. In the past we have driven to Fergusons in Naples to the showroom to look at things for our remodel. As we drove by Fergusons showroom, they looked open, but Google said they were closed. So in the past we never bothered to go there on Saturdays. We turned around and sure enough they were open.
