Great service with great products
I would like to extend my sincerest thanks to Warehouse Manager Gary Peacock and Showroom Manager Sierra Leitz for their help. I had a difficult situation where I ordered toilets for my home, however the order was incorrect. Gary and Sierra went above and beyond to help rectify this situation and get the correct reorder done. Thank you very much! Very pleased with my experience with these two.
I will try to keep this short. 4 month old Samsung refrigerator failed bought from Ferguson through Sposen Builders. April 8, 2026 the refrigerator failed, all food spoiled. Called Sposen who informed me to call Samsung. Sposen then told me to call Ferguson. Spoke to Gary Peacock who informed me, Ferguson would handle all warranty the first year. They have a very nice showroom. And their price are inline with everywhere else. They carry alot of brands probably more then anyone really needs. The only drawback is they dont have all the options for all the brands on display my guess is because they have so many brands and limited space. They could definitely use 10 times that size building.
Only place to go for fixtures and high end appliances
