Ferguson has very nice showroom and the products are all fantastic. However, the customer service that I received was beyond horrible. I purchased a floor model range and hood, which I assumed came with everything I needed. When we went to set up said range/hood, we noticed that we did not have a power cord for the range, a blower for the hood or a gas conversion kit for the range.
