We worked with Ferguson for our new home build. Went out to make our selections for our home in Mid-May. Amber was knowledgeable enough through the process. We selected plumbing faucets, fixtures, and all appliances. As we were finishing, we were assured we'd get an email breakdown of our purchases and prices. Never received any such an email. Creepy company I wanted to order and buy a dishwasher Their website has no availability nor approximate delivery or pick up unless you give them all your information so they terrorize your email box for ever Then confirm a purchase so someone calls you a day later Probably tell you we don’t have this buy another They are creepy No transparency on availability nor delivery
Better customer service. They assured us that our new septic tank would be delivered at 1 pm the next day after ordering. Waited until 3 pm, delivered at 3:45 pm, we had to call them to make sure they were going to deliver today. Better communication would be helpful.
RecommendedI can't complain or make a comment about service at Ferguson lighting because of the facility being closed due to the pandemic. The company has many beautiful light fixtures to choose from, however, my complaint is the poor packaging of the light fixtures I purchased and they were delivered broken in pieces. Very upsetting.
