Horrible customer Service. Placed an order to redo a bathroom on 12/11. My card was charged. Told 6-8 weeks on all items. Called a couple of weeks ago to find out how the order is moving along. The order was never placed. After several calls and emails and no one responding to my daughter that is an industry professional she finally received an email that the order was placed about 3 days ago and we have a 120 day lead time.
