The staff is helpful, knowledgable and so are the customers! I walked in with a plumbing problem (I'm not a handyman, so...) and a guy named Eddie from Metal Craft gave me some helpful tips on how to fix the issue I was dealing with, which worked out great. Another customer overheard the small amount of PVC I needed and offered me several feet of it for free. Great place to shop!
The service, prices and selections are wonderful Yet what was most amazing was that our salesperson, Christine WIlliams went above and beyond in helping us during the final stage of a bathroom renovation and we need to parts from Kohler. Even with all the closings and service issues due to Covid-19, she took it upon herself to really help us. Showroom personnel courteous, accommodating very patient and informative helping with all our questions despite the numerous visits during the decision making process. Delivery was timely by a professional driver. The treatment we received was a welcome change from the usual cheap and unprofessional labor force at other businesses.
