Buyer beware Horrible customer service. Very very greedy. They overcharged me for air conditioning filters for home. Overcharging over 50%. I purchased a few years ago for 89.00 today $298,00. They are blaming on Covid. Unacceptable. Will never go back again. Do not trust them.
The hot water heater I got from them was noticably dented in two different places. They never said a word and the box would have showed damage, too. No allowance was offered or even provided.

DO NOT BUY HERE. THE STAFF IS INCOMPETENT. I RECEIVED A DOA ULINE ICE MAKER AFTER SPENDING $65,000 IN APLIANCES. WELL ACTUALLY FIRST THEY LOST ONE OF MY ICE MAKERS SO I HAD NO ICE MAKER. SIMULTANEOUSLY ALSO HAD A BROKEN WALL OVEN DOOR WITH A REPAIR HAPPENING 8 MOTNHS LATER AS THEY FORGOT TP ORDER THAT PIECE. WE MOVED IN AND TURNED APPLIANCES ON IN MARCH 2023. This was my first time having a customer go to their showroom and select the items they wanted. My client met with the showroom staff in February and a list was created by the staff for us to review. Ferguson was our builders choice for bathroom fixtures, lighting and appliances. We found the showroom team in Franklin, MA professional and knowledgeable which was of significant help in getting us through all of the decisions we had to make. We did have a problem with the stove. Once delivered it was found to be scratched and not completely operable.
