The Grohe kitchen faucet coupling cracked, meaning water would spray under the sink when the faucet was turned on. Ferguson's website said the 3rd St branch closed at 5.00. Got there are 4.40, but they were already closed. Managed to get to Excel on S Van Ness at their closing time of 5.00 and not only were they happy to serve me, but it was cheaper than Ferguson!

I want in to pick up a replacement part that I was told they had. When I got there they could not find it but the person who is helping me, I'm sorry I don't know his name, dug around until he found one for me. It was an important piece for a project were doing so I'm very happy that he was willing to go the extra mile.
