Had a small problem with my truck. Talked with the Manager and told him about my troubles. I asked if I could use the parking lot for a few hours to get it running again. He thought about it for a few minutes. A d said I could. Truck was there on Friday afternoon about closing time. And gone at 11:30 in the morning after Service Truck from DRT SERVICES Fixed it in record time. I would definitely be a customer here, if I didn't live in Utah.

I tried to order a part from my local store, The Dalles, but the number goes to a call center where the person was in Eugene but said he could get ordered what I need and shipped to me. I had to call this person each time I sent him an email to follow up because I would email as requested and not have a response. The part was never ordered AND when I called to insist on being transferred to The Dalles store, the customer service person said they weren't answering.
