We are Axon Extermination, a Canadian company that has protected hundreds of seniors’ residences for decades. Never have we encountered such dishonest and unethical behavior. In 2024, we were urgently called to one of there residence for a serious bed bug infestation. Seniors were at risk of bed bug bites in their own rooms. Although the building is old the staff is excellent. The care my husband received while there for a short staycation was great and he said the food was very good. The staff are very caring, attentive and patient and everyone went out of their way to make sure he was safe, busy and received his medication on time. As he has early dementia I am very grateful for everyone at Fergus Place for allowing me to have a much needed vacation.

Thank you, Adrian, Naomy and Laurie who have all gone beyond the call of duty to ensure my brothers well being. Your support and your caring to ensure he felt right at home means so much to both of us. All of the staff are amazing and you can be confident to have your loved one live at Fergus Place Retirement Home. I would highly recommend it. It feels like a friendly community where everyone feels like they are at home. Congratulations on achieving the impossible!

Edit: Owner reply is generic. Suggests I reach out to the executive director about this. HE IS THE ONE WHO APPROVED THE LOW REFUND!! I do not trust their business decisions to even reach out to him about the other complaints! New review says the same thing: overcharging. Still upset about this. I tried emailing head office with the email on the website and it got kicked back saying undeliverable. Can't even talk to head office! What a joke! Original review: Be aware of these things...
