u guys just lost a long time customer... if u drive a SUBARU- consider going somewhere else... they do not always have the subaru drain gaskets -or plugs- after making me wait 30 minutes for the other worker to return from the parts store, the service man put my old drain plug (that he had just rounded off) back in with no gasket... THANX FOR THE DRIPPING OILY MESS... supervisor: i was there on 6/18/16 at approximately noon.
