Would give less than 1 if I could. They scammed me out of $50. Tv was placed with them for repair was given the price of $169, I put down the $50 deposit plus $50 more, total of $100. A week later I'm told it's gonna cost an additional $245, for a 50in LED,, come on now. I told them forget it, I can replace the whole tv for that amount, then was advised well I will only get $50 back of the $100 I put down. Beware of this place, bad business!!!

My family has been using Fergies over 20 years. They contracted my repair for a base price and stuck to it, Had it completed in 3 days. Thanks Mr. Fergie

I can recommend no other electronics repair shop but this. Come here if you have electronics repair needs and you'll surely be satisfied with the result.

I should've done my research before going to these guys. They are crooks! When I took the tv to their shop they quoted me with a reasonable price which includes parts and labor but then a day later they called me and told me a much much more expensive price and ask me if I wanted them to go ahead and get it fixed. I asked them why the price increased and they said they had to buy parts for it. What the heck does "parts and labor included" mean to them then? IN BUSINESS SINCE 1979 – THESE FOLKS HAVE BEEN FIXING MY TVS AND ELECTRONICS SINCE WE MOVED HERE IN 1979. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN STRAIGHT WITH MY ENTIRE FAMILY. WE HAVE USED THEM MULTIPLE TIMES WITH NO PROBLEMS. I HAVE ALSO CHECKED THEM OUT WITH BBB, AG, COURTS ETC.AND THEIR RECORD IS OK . SO THAT BEING SAID I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY.

Dishonest – Do not trust this shop. I took my TV there for a repair estimate, got the estimate, declined the repairs and then got a call that they had fixed my TV and that I owed them for the repairs!!! I turned them into BBB along with many others and they are now rated at a D-. Take you TV to a reputable shop.....so online to superior court and check out history BEFORE you even call.... BEWARE!!! I learned first hand how dishonest they are!!!!

73 INCH BIG SCREEN – I ANT BELIEVE FERGIE REPAIRED MY BABY FOR ONLY $199. EXACTLY AS ADVERTISED. AND I WAS ABLE TO PICK IT UP THE NEXT DAY. NICE PEOPLE TOO.

the great guys – you are not going to believe this but i am in the karaoke field and needed my stereo system fixed within hours of the performance fergie had it fixed in no time i had my job that evening and ghost busters! i have never been so thrilled in my life i would recommend anyone and i already have. thanks fergie!
