My husband and I have been patients of Dr Ferber’s office. We have had numerous visits such as implants, regular dental visits, and cleaning. Every visit how small or extensive has been preformed with professional excellence and satisfaction. At the present time I am having implant surgery on a number of teeth. I have tremendous regard for the procedural care and the kindness of the staff. My husband and I highly recommend this office no matter what your dental issue need attention.

My cousin spent a large amount of money to get upper implants. Dr. Ferber was not a very nice guy. My cousin was having a problem with one of the implants and went to a different dentist for what he thought would be a simple fix. Not so. 6 hours and $15,000.00 later he had to have the implants replaced with porcelain, he was mislead thinking the original ones were porcelain. Not a good experience.

Ever see his commercials? The phoney smile while talking about how he can save you money. He really means how he takes your money. he does not stand behind his product. He got his staff from the circus. especially his so called office manager. My suggestion, dont use this so called Dentist. when you walk into his office there is never anyone waiting to see him. That says a lot for the Doctor.Plesse, please find a real denfist.

The doctors there have excellent training at some of the best dental schools in the country. I think they do quality care. I would recommend them to my friends nd family.

-HORRIBLE-I was consulting for an implant he focused ONLY on deep cleaning....which I did not need i already had same week x-rays or the whole mouth but....he took a bunch of x-rays....anyway...he did not explain why I had my own cat scan but he took another one he did not explain anything he was impatient and agitated and rough he hurt me and did not use Novocain gel until I beg for it he did not examine the problematic tooth his receptionist (don) is dyslectic and weird and ignorant

Did this dentist practice good oral hygiene? No, it made me doubt their abilities Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money Was the waiting area spacious? No, multiple people had to stand Was this provider's staff friendly? Not Really Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? No, this provider rarely answers questions over the phone Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Not at all, I feel like they're constantly ready to give up on me Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes, but very little

Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure? No, but I was able to read a magazine Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute?
