We’ve lived here for 1.5 years and love the location. The property is at a dead end and backs to a forest wall of tall trees. Ponds are a nice touch as well along with the gravel paths that surround the property. However, we can’t wait to move out! The walls are so thin! What's the point of a gated community if the gates are never closed. The pedestrian gates never get closed either. People from other neighborhoods come and walk the grounds just because they can. It's ridiculous. Way to go Fenwyck
I had a horrible experience living there. I came in with my 3 month old baby and we were literally smoked out of there. Someone from upstairs was smoking so bad it smoked out my entire apartment. The appliances smelled like smoke, my furniture, everything. I had migraines and a coughing newborn. I told the office and they said they would come and check and never did..
