If you are prepared to figure out your own parking, you'll do fine. The apartment was far better than we expected. Reviews had me nervous but just follow the instructions for check in on your email and you'll do well. Contact the leasing company in advance if you want a direct contact person for your check in.
Do not book these jerks, I booked a room and they cancelled on me without notice... Wasted my time and money... Big surprise when you show up and they cancelled your reservation...
