I can’t even get a hold of of the office. The old girl Atleast picked up the home the new girl there just forwards everything to voicemail and no one calls you back. What’s the point of the doctors office if they don’t even pic for you to book an appointment. I have called since Monday today is Thursday and not a single call back. This is ridiculous. The doctors are great but this is bad management. Please have a system for booking appointments.
Pathetic, they do not know the meaning of appointment time. Surprisingly, you have to wait like a regular walk-ins even after having a appointment booked well in advance. Additionally, they gives you vague reasons for the delay which doesn’t make any sense. Horrible management ……
Dr.Kiruba is my family doctor for almost 17 years, and never get dissapointed. He always very good when giving proper medications and so. From admin to nurses all are vry good professionals and behaved too
