I rented a Cruise America RV and had some issues with the refrigerator. Fennel RV was very accommodating and offered an appointment right away. After speaking with Dan, we were able to diagnose and fix the problem over the phone. Fennel RV is a very professional and friendly organization.

I just had a great experience with Marty and Sarah and the team at Fennel RV. I had quite a long list of some extensive repairs and upgrades. When I came to pick up our trailer something on the list was missed and without asking they took care of it with no added labour charges. They immediately made it right no questions asked. Super impressed with the quality of work and the customer service. Highly recommend.
All have a great experience at Fennell's RV Repair. Their service is top notch. Very professional and courteous. I wouldn't take my trailer anywhere else in Greater Victoria for all repairs and service. The staff is wonderful, polite and thorough.
