A very BUSY [local] family shop that had us worried it was going to take a long time to get major repairs done on our main slide & issues with the leveling jacks at the PEAK of camping season. The staff [Heather] promptly sourced out available parts and gave us options on price vs timeline. The parts arrived quite quickly too. I rented a Cruise America RV and had some issues with the refrigerator. Fennel RV was very accommodating and offered an appointment right away. After speaking with Dan, we were able to diagnose and fix the problem over the phone. Fennel RV is a very professional and friendly organization.

I just had a great experience with Marty and Sarah and the team at Fennel RV. I had quite a long list of some extensive repairs and upgrades. When I came to pick up our trailer something on the list was missed and without asking they took care of it with no added labour charges. They immediately made it right no questions asked.
