Recently changed out our AC for a 12v VELIT AC and the fine technicians at Fennel RV assisted us in wiring both our AC and our furnace. Cannot say enough for the friendly and professional service from this facility.
Great service, great people
We have been going to Fennell’s for years for our RV needs. The previous owners and now the current owners have been knowledgeable and helpful in every aspect of our experience, whether it be for parts, accessories, advice, or service. Always a positive experience and generally a good laugh or two in the process!
Marty and Sara went out of their way to fix my furnace and get it back to me same day. Covered new motor on warranty. Even stayed late on a Friday so I could get there after work. I'm a happy camper.
Sarah and her team are Heros ! They were compassionate and helped me out with my motorhome as quickly as they could despite being overbooked for months ahead. My motorhome is my primary residence and after a collision with a bus I was in a very bad spot. I have been to so many RV shop all over Canada, I can say that these people offer quality work, transparency and honesty and are not money hungry like many others. I am very lucky that I run into these people.
