Would never deal with or recommend Fennel to anyone based on our experience. The awning on our trailer stopped working. We suspected it was the motor. We have extended warranty, so I phoned our warranty provider to ask if was covered and was told it was. We chose to call Fennel about it, based on reading other reviews. I spoke to one of the owners, told her the issue and who are warranty was with. She said they would diagnose, do up a quote and send it to our warranty provider. What a fantastic team they have! Fennell’s goes above and beyond, providing the utmost professional expertise and willing to go the extra mile for their customers’ situations. In this day and age where most companies are corporately owned and operated, it’s so nice finding a family run business where the employees have a sense of camaraderie and seem to genuinely enjoy being there, and where they care and take great pride in their work. The best dealer on the island. He helped us so much. We travelers had problems with our propane tank. If you have problems with your motorhome, go to Fennell's! Best regards from Germany!
