Twice now, I’ve been given a window of 1-4pm for a tech to arrive and last time they never even called to say they were going to be late, so I needed to cancel. Today, AGAIN, no notice and they aren’t even arriving until 6pm!!! They think it’s perfectly acceptable to have a whole family waiting all day and then have to remain out of the home until 10pm?! Absolutely unacceptable behavior.

I’m very satisfied with their service, I mean Kevins’s service. He is very polite and professional!! When we have any problems, he comes to us right away and gives us perfect solutions. Today’s his work was quick and perfect as usual 😊 Thank you so much!

I contacted them around 10:00 a.m., and just two hours later, their team arrived fully equipped with everything needed to tackle the problem. Absolutely five stars for their quick response and efficiency!

First time using Fenn for termites. They had the best availability, while others couldn't see us for days or weeks or never even got back to us. While Fenn had great communication from everyone involved and great service.
