By far one of my favorite gyms for strength and conditioning. The class sizes are pretty small so you dont feel like you have to fight for equipment. And when it comes to a gym family no gym beat Fenix!

The last three months at Fenix Strength & Conditioning has been challenging and rewarding mentally and physically.
