Sales person was very dishonest. Specifically stated we were only committed for a month. When I tried to cancel they refused because the contract was for a year. My mistake for not reading the contract but you should be able to trust the salesperson. Office staff were extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. When I cancelled after a year they were very pushy. The year we had the service was the worst we’ve ever had for pests. I would not recommend Fenix!
I am so stoked about Fenix helping me take care of the bugs around my house. Elliott M was amazing and he answered my questions anytime I bugged him with one (no pun intended). I love that this company is pet safe too. I have two cats and a dog and I can sleep peacefully knowing my pets are safe and the bugs will be gone. The appointment was quick and Elliot took care of all the spots necessary while avoiding the areas I requested he skip. Thanks so much!
Fenix is an excellent choice for pest control services. My technician, Kameron, was on time and professional. He was efficient and did a great job both inside and outside my home. I would highly recommend Kameron to anyone that needs a great service tech. Customer service is excellent. Great company overall!
