Very clean modern rooms. Knocked off a star because the parking situation is very annoying. You are only allowed to park in your slot otherwise your car will get towed. Problem isn't the hotel itself but the residents who decide to park anywhere they like, meaning your slot gets taken many times. The customer service on the other hand is exceptional. We had an amazing stay at the Fenix hotel. All access codes were sent to us via email before our arrival. The room was clean and the hotel is in walking distance of the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Good quality rooms and great location. Everything here is digital there’s nobody to check you in so make sure you get a text or email maybe after your reservation and they’ll have all the codes for you to open the hotel and room doors etc. parking costs $25 / day as of today

Muy buena ubicación a tan solo 5 min del paseo de la fama, cerca de un gran supermercado. A pesar de no tener recepción la comunicación con ellos ha sido excelente, nos respondieron a todo lo que les preguntamos muy rápido. La habitación con camas muy cómodas, la nuestra tenía cocina y estaba bien equipada, todo muy limpio. Además tiene piscina y una terraza donde poder cenar y descansar. Lo recomiendo.
