Updated: after posting my previous review, the manager reached out to me. He was very apologetic and indicated that there was a misunderstanding with the employees due to COVID, they technically can’t take anything back. But, they can remake it. He was VERY generous and provided me with a replacement shake plus a $25 gift card. The shakes were PERFECT! Honestly, this place is amazing in terms of taste. Best custard in this region in my opinion. I love the spot and recommend it without reservation. 🍦
I love the frozen custard a must when I visit Ohio!
So disappointing. I’ve come here for years and referred folks to the place because it has good icecream. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. My girlfriend recently picked up a shake for me and a new employee swapped their peanut butter and chocolate pumps. I ordered a peanut butter shake and got a chocolate one what was also very watery. It was disgusting. I ended up tossing it. My gf called back to ask what they could do, and they basically said “there’s nothing we can do because of our policy”. Which is absurd... read more
