Fengling helped us so much in finding a house to rent in the Seattle suburbs. She is such a nice person, and I don't know how we could have done it without her. The competition for houses now is tough, but Fengling knew which houses were actually still available and which ones were really gone even though they were still listed on Zillow. She ended up finding us a house with just one day of viewings. We highly recommend her!
