I was a regular patient and went through prenatal with Feng. At my first trimester screenings she reccomended a test that cost $20,000, but assured me I'd only pay $200. A the 20 week ultrasound I requested a referral to a local radiology clinic. She decided this wasn't good enough and I needed to pay a prenatal specialist $2000 for a $200 procedure. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Sophy Feng, M.D., online and confirmed it by phone. Minutes before my appointment, I was asked to delay it by 30 minutes. I agreed but ended up waiting more than 30 minutes in the lobby, only to be told it would take another 15-20 minutes to get a room. I WENT IN BECAUSE I DEVELOPED A LUMP IN MY RIGHT NIPPLE. I HAD A MAMMOGRAM AND ULTRASOUND. THEY CAME BACK NORMAL SHE THEN TOLD ME I HAD A BRAIN TUMOR AND NEEDED TO TEST ME FOR THIS. WHEN I ASKED WHAT IS THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN TUMOR AND BREAST SHE DID NOT GIVE ME AN ANSWER. I GOT TESTED AND EVERYTHIGN CAME BACK NORMAL.

Clean office with nice staff. Doctor asked a lot of questions and took her time. Changing my review to one star as the office billed my insurance and submitted a lab test in error under my name. Pap results were submitted, billed, and results sent to me despite no test being administered. Office staff insisted the test was administered because they had no proof it wasn't despite no equipment being in the office during my appointment. Doctor Sophy is great, the staff is very friendly. Every time I go there I am treated really well. Doctor Sophy takes her time with me. My friend recommended her to me and now I recommend them to all my friends.

Horrible office. They care more about making money than their patients' health. I had to change insurance in the middle of my pregnancy. I asked them which insurance I should get so I could continue my prenatal care there. They told me they would accept Bluecross Blueshield, but at my first appointment with it I was told they did not. I only received a 1/3 of the payments I made towards delivery back. I was actually told their policy is to not help patients with insurance even though it's cruel.

I was hesitant to schedule an appointment with Dr. Feng, having read some negative reviews here. But I took a chance and was surprised at how positive my experience was: I was able to get an appointment quickly (the next business day), the office was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Dr. Feng was very kind and explained my medical problems very well. I felt like she cared about me and made my condition and my surgery a priority.

I felt rushed every time I see this doctor, and I didn't feel like she was genuinely listening to my concerns. I did a biopsy with her once and as it was my first time, I wasn't aware of the pain involved and while I was reeling from the pain, she was asking me about my thoughts on fertility pills. It's like she doesn't care that I am in pain, and I felt like she just wants me done asap. I honestly felt nothing more than a quote she has to meet. Not a pleasant experience.
