I normally do not this but I had a bad experience and had to share my story. Shaun the mgr was very rude to my family and I. I asked to use the restroom and he said no public restrooms and as I was shopping a different customer asked and one of the employees said it was upstairs. So rude and felt as I was judge. Shame on the mgr.
First time visiting this location. Staff was extra helpful and very friendly!! They went out of their way to make the shopping experience the best! Very pleased with my new Fendi goods!
There was zero acknowledgment from the staff upon coming into the store this past week. They didn’t even look our way, I can assure you we had intentions for the Peak A Boo bag but walked out after not being acknowledged- The store was not busy and two associates were on their phone … poor service
