Went with my room mate to get some oil, the two guys that helped us were nice, knew what they were doing and were friendly enough. However, while we were browsing, one of the other employees, a younger guy, got upset about something and started shouting and swearing up a storm. I have no idea why but it was extremely uncomfortable. I understand that it's a local business and a motorcycle shop, so a little laid back is fine, but I don't think professionalism has to go straight out the window. very knowledgeable staff, friendly customer service. I hardly ever give 5 stars, but this place was close. THE place to go to have any brand of bike worked on!
