HORRIBLE COMPANY – Our insurance cOmpany recommended Fender Mender to us after we were in a car accident with our 2011 vehicle. After having our vehicle for 1 week they called stating it was ready to be picked up. Needless to say they did a horrible job and tried to pawn it off acting like they had done a stellar job. WRONG! They installed parts wrong, left parts off the car all together, left cracks in the paint, and the list goes on and on. We had to have another auto body shop fix their mistakes. Horrible company!
very pleased with work – The Fender Mender on Savannah Hwy makes having your car repaired so easy since there is a car rental business in the same building. I dropped off my car and picked up the rental all in a short time. Couldn't have been easier. Return and pick up of my nicely repaired car was just as easy. Would never go any where else – I have had to use the Fender Mender in Charleston twice now and have had nothing but the best service. The people that I have dealt with have been extremely nice and helpful. The first time I came in was after a bad wreck and John Lastko explained everything with me in detail and made sure that I was okay with everything before starting. Don't waist your time here!! – I got in a car wreck, someone hit my bumper that Thursday. I dropped car off to get the bumper fixed the following Monday morning, guy said it would take no longer than 2-3 days. "I CALLED THEM that Thursday to see if it was ready, the guy said it will probably be another day or two that my bumper was being painted in the body shop, we will call you no later than Monday.... DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE – It took them three weeks to fix my car. And then I was told twice that my car would be ready and it wasn't. Wasted time to go there, but no one called me to tell me it wasn't ready. Then when it was finally ready there were things like head lights not working, mirrors not working, doors still needed adjustments. When the car was dropped off there was almost a full tank of gas and 11,080 miles on the car. When I picked up the car the gas was on EMPTY and my odometer read 11,454.
