I totally hated this place the staff are extremely rude and completely ignorant about the work they do. I did not choose this place to get my car fixed my insurance did. I would never recommend this buisness. They kept my car for over a week after They set a date to be returned to me. They also don't take responsibility for their work they want to blame it on another company so that they do not have to fix and repair your vehicle. These guys did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them! Very clean and quick. Very easy to work with.
When I went in I saw John. The damage was to the right rear and the bumper. He took pictures took pictures of the areas (including the bumper). When I picked it up, the right rear was repaired but not the bumper. I asked him about the bumper and he said I did not tell him about that and that was hit by another vehicle. If this is so why did you take pictures of the bumper? I feel the whole damage was not repaired and Fender Mender should finish the job to repair the bumper at their cost.
