Approximately November 2015 Installed fencing, Removed fencing in April 2016 I had a Vogue panel fence and gate installed by Shane O'brien and his helpers. I had a Shire Approval to a height of 2 mtrs. O'Brien fencing erected my fence with a large gap under its entirety. As for the height it was below 2 mtrs. Fencinjg By Obriens have always been a pleasure to deal with i find their level of expertise to outstanding. Shane the director has been in the industry for year and he had no trouble telling me that the gauge of wire we were going to use would not last the time frame we wanted. If you are after a no rubbish approach with sound advice you can go past these guys.
Our fence got erected then we found out that O'Briens has installed the back fence 0.5 meters into our neighbours empty lot. We called them in December to have it corrected and were told that they were super busy until Feb. Feb came and went and still nothing. We called again and they said it'll be done without giving any dates. Our neighbour from the back started site cut which prompted me to really get things going. I had a back ColorBond fence installed by O'Briens. Due to poor workmanship, the panels collapse. Problem was the posts were not concreted properly and the panels came loose during strong winds. I made contact with the supplier for a period of 6 weeks and they still did not comeout to inspect the damage. I finally sent them the image of the fence and they then claimed someone had pushed the panels deliberately. They then refused to comeout to repair it without charging me for the call out.
