Stay away from these guys. They were supposed to complete the work a month ago, and still not done. It was only about 45 feet of fence. Many broken promises, and no results. Will have to get someone else to complete the job.
This company is a fraud. I went to buy fence for my home seeing on their website that they have one on sale. But they refused to give me the one they had on their website, and instead substituted it for an inferior one. When I asked for an estimate, they just gave me a huge lumsum price, and declined to give me an itemised estimate. There was no way of knowing how much they were charging and for what. Very shoddy business practice. I shall never go back there. Buyers beware!
I just had my fence install by Fence Outlet in Tampa. Owning my own company I deal with contractors daily and must say what a pleasure it was dealing with Fence Outlet. They installed my fence in one day like promissed and it looks great. I will be passing theie name to a few neighbors who are in need of work. Great Job Guys!
I am very pleased with my decision to chose Fence outlet in Tampa to install my new fence. Having saved for this purchace for along time I feel confident that the money I spent was put to good use. After checking with the BBB I decided to call and get an estimate. The estimator showed up on time and answered all my questions. There were several houses in my subdivision with Fence Outlet fences so it was nice to see there work before I desided. Great investment! Great Decision!
I am a first time home owner who was in the market for a new fence and like everyone else was on a budget. I had received two other estimates and Fence Outlet was the lowest by a few hundred dollars. The estimator Jason was very knowledgeable and always returned my calls with a positive attitude. Took 2 tries at my installation to get it correct. Very poor attitude.
Can not reccomend to friends and family. Company said one thing did another. Estimator was not knowledgable, Spoke to an owner and felt belittled. Product is ok but that is the only thing that gave them 2 stars.
Company is full of lies. the product is so cheap in quality they wont install what they sell. they low ball you and then stick it to you when it comes time for the work to begin. I would not recomend them to anybody not even my ex boss.
Great work, Excellent work ethic and professionalism. Price was alot cheaper than those special prices at the big national stores and the product is alot nicer.
