Our vinyl fence was installed by the Tampa store. I can truthfully say that my wife and I haven't been this pleased with a job in a very long time. The sales person ( Jason ) was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions, showed samples of the material and explained the whole process of installation. LOVE LOVE LOVE her Work. Jacqui Harden did an amazing Job with our topographically cumbersome yard. She was able to make everything we wanted work. She even worked with our needs concerning our dogs. A yes,hire them!
Would not recommend company. Should have looked at reviews before using Fence Outlet. Lack of customer service. Continues the trend of the last two reviews.
really really disappointed in the customer service, I keep being told they will be here to fix a problem with my fence and they never show up, they definitely showed up to get the 2800.00 I payed for the fence, still waiting on the repair on the shoddy workmanship
On March 17th we had a seemingly nice guy Chad stop by for a fence installation quote, one week later we decided to go for it had Chad stop by signed the paper work, so we wait for our permit, which they explain can take up to four weeks. Now once you sign with Chad Do not expect a return phone call , EVER! he is in it for the commission only, maybe he will learn customer service skills some day. I finally bought a fence after pricing it for over two years. Everytime I would want to buy something else would come up that I needed to spend my money on. My husband passed over a year ago which left me to make all the desisions myself. I thought the manager would get tired of seeing my face every week but I wanted to make sure I was buying quality fence that would last as long as i owned my home. Very friendly staff. We just spent over $2000.00 on a new fence and after researching our options we decided to go with Fence Outlet. The manager even gave me installation tips and followed up with phone call to see how my install went. Would recommend to Friends and Family.
I usually do not write reviews but after reading the reviews I went there, so I feel I should let everyone know. The prior reviews are full of Half truths and most likely posted by employees. looking for chain link fence parts. The sales ladies could not tell me the difference between a schedule 20 and schedule 40 post. They are nothing more than order takers. They might have decent prices if you know what you want but if needing advice you won't find it here.
