Our vinyl fence was installed by the Tampa store. I can truthfully say that my wife and I haven't been this pleased with a job in a very long time. The sales person ( Jason ) was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions, showed samples of the material and explained the whole process of installation. LOVE LOVE LOVE her Work. Jacqui Harden did an amazing Job with our topographically cumbersome yard. She was able to make everything we wanted work. She even worked with our needs concerning our dogs. A yes,hire them!
I usually do not write reviews but after reading the reviews I went there, so I feel I should let everyone know. The prior reviews are full of Half truths and most likely posted by employees. looking for chain link fence parts. The sales ladies could not tell me the difference between a schedule 20 and schedule 40 post. They are nothing more than order takers. They might have decent prices if you know what you want but if needing advice you won't find it here.
I was not pleased with their services. I got the estimate on July 3, 2013, paid my down payment, check was cashed within 2 weeks and did not get my product (which was considered a small job) until August 6. Actually as I am writing this (Aug 6) I am still waiting for service. Was told it could be 5 or 6:00 pm before they come to my house today.

I was in need of fencing and went to Fence Outlet for some help. I must say that in todays sales enviroment customer service is few and far between. My wife and I just moved to the area and had no idea what were our fencing options. Apon arriving we were greeted by one of the female managers. We received a good quote and the salesman Ryan was very knowledgable about their products. Unfortunately, my husband and I both lost our jobs and were not able to go through with the fence installation. I contacted our salesperson, they were sympathetic to our situation and refunded our deposit. I would definitely recommend Fence Outlet to friends and neighbors. Overall, I had a good experience with this company and appreciate their consideration.
went to buy fence that is the super sale on web site and the sales girls do not know fence. Must have hired them for looks. It's funny how I was looking at fence last year and was told the bracket style fence was junk and now here they are selling it. Funny what one will do for profit. I'll shop else where, and the prices are higher than some of the other companies.
Just bought my material from Fence Outlet. I had priced the material from other stores but this is the first company who not only gave me a step by step installation guide but also gave me the production managers phone number in case we ran into problems. Great customer service! Any fencing needs and I know where I will be going. Thank you Christian and team for a great experiance.
