They hired a contractor from NC to do my fence. Horrible work. Pressured into approving project without seeing it. Contractor called multiple times a day to come approve and if I didn't he wouldn't get paid. Gate frame angles cut crooked so off by more than 1/2 - 1 inch. Angle braces weren't long enough to flush with kick or intermediate board. I asked specifically for 3 hinges and got two. They came to fix gates and hung them back too low so they wouldn't open. We were behind schedule in the fall of 2014 and hired a referred sub-contractor to build this fence. Indeed there were some oversights for which we sent one of our normal crew teams to address. Gates were rebuilt and mistakes and other oversights were addressed. Afterwards this customer called us back for 2 warped boards to be replaced. Warped lumber is not customarily covered under warranty but we offered to replace them at no charge anyway. Kent at Fence Me In was by far the most professional and thorough person I met when interviewing fencing companies. He was very accessible and accountable throughout the process. The crew he sent did a fantastic job, going above and beyond the call of duty; one crewman used his sweatshirt sleeve to wipe concrete splatter off the fence; he later stayed late raking up our mulchline to make it look nice even as his crew manager was telling him to leave. We were sold a fence with substantial gaps underneath without being told that there would be gaps. They knew we are trying to secure 2 dogs. Their website says that they can build fences on site without any sightly gaps. Well, that's false advertising. They tried to solve this problem by nailing 2x4s under the fence, but there is still gaps. They told me I need to backfill them in with dirt. Regrettably we did not have both the husband and the wife present during the sales process as what was paramount to the wife was no gaps at the bottom of the fence and what was important to the husband was the look of the Dog Ear privacy fence. With a Dog Ear privacy fence it is a decorative top picket fence. All boards are pulled up to a string line going across the top of the fence. With their excellent advice from Jim, I ended up having a 3 board wooden fence with wire insert instead of chain link. I would recommend the company to anyone as they did excellent work, and specifically Moe and the guys on the crew with him were efficient, friendly, accommodating and professional. I'm impressed with the product they produced. I highly suggest you ask for Moe and his crew.

Put up a (seemingly) very professional fence. Only slight hassles were that the installer was a day earlier than projected and cleanup took three days. Sales rep and installer were very nice, just missed keeping us in the loop a little. Also we requested one enhancement post-contract and it was ignored.
We really appreciated that Fence Me In worked so hard to complete our fence in time for an event we were having. Everyone involved was polite, attentive, and really interested in doing quality work. They were wonderful about communicating what they would be doing and when. Our fence looks great.
