The only reason that I give them less than 5 stars for work quality is that there were some issues with demo and supply delivery. It was not your typical job (the fence is on my property but the work was being done from my neighbors due to access issues). All was resolved and the fence looks great.
We love our new fence! Kent was great to work with and very professional. We had a few cases of things being promised as far as start date and then completion date. That was a little frustrating to deal with at the time but the overall experience was fine. Good value for what we had done

Communication is horrible. Instead of the project manager contacting us to introduce himself, explain the process, etc; we had to contact him after not hearing from anyone for 3 days. We were asked about a HOA three different times after we already said we didn't have a HOA. We were told the surveyor would be out on a specific day, materials would be delivered on a specific day and work would start on a specific day. Surveyor didn't come until the day of the build. Very knowledgeable and courteous team. Our neighbors are extremely sensitive about property boundaries and this team did an excellent job with the fence by keeping it within our property limits and follow the 'neighborly' etiquette. Will certainly hire them again if need be.
