Jim from Fence Me In came out to do the estimate for the fence build, but then turned everything over to a project manager (Bev) who had issues with scheduling the build. I constantly had to call to confirm timing, he didn't show up on the day of the work, didn't call to arrange times for supply delivery, didn't follow-up when there were issues with the build, didn't follow-up about clean up or other issues, all-around was MIA. Came in when they said and did their work in a timely manner. Everything looks great. Spent enough time to make sure the quality of the work really came through.
Their work was great and was that of a pro level for a 2 man team. Only down side was they arrived late on the first day and started officially the following Monday but that was due to order issues for the materials. Other than that they were excellent

The crew was terrible!!! They showed up late or not at all every day. When they did show, sometimes they'd only would work for 2 hours or so. Drug paraphernalia was found on the job site. I constantly had to call the Forman and report poor workmanship. Work quality was so poor we ended up having to accept the poor quality and fix what I could myself. The Forman ended up leaving town before would could resolve all issues.
Beautiful work. Great customer.
Didn't see owner of business after agreement of work to be done, but his worker did a great job, worked hard, did quality job.
