We had three (3) different Style fences and one (1) Gate across the driveway installed by Fence & Deck Depot in St. Charles back in 2006. Over this past weekend in 12/2025, a gust of wind ripped off one (1) side of the Gate while I was Opening it. I called Fence & Deck Depot to check on Replacing the Broken Parts and Derek was Great to work with and we were able to get everything we needed. Same Style Gate Top Rail, Caps, Pockets and Hinges. We had Fence & Deck Depot install a cedar fence around our back yard as well as a partial enclosure off the side of our house. The project manager/salesman (Nick) was very helpful and patient through our change of plans (over a year) for the project. We certainly appreciate the very reasonable price that Nick offered for the final cost of project. We hired Fence and Deck Depot to build us a new deck and they did a great job! From tearing down the old deck and installing the new deck they did an amazing job! Everyone we dealt with was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. There was daily communications and updates to the progress of the deck.
