Excellent Fence, Communication Was the Weak Link. The fence itself is fantastic, but communication throughout the project was disappointing. Lewis, the sales representative, was professional, helpful, and worked hard to get my project approved. Before signing, I specifically confirmed that both sides of the double gate would have drop rods to accommodate weekly lawn service access. I was told they would. They were patient while I dealt with HOA nonsense (for over a year) and never pushed. They were knowledgable, responsive to inquiries, and gave a good price without scummy sales tactics. They have a payment portal that accepts debit cards so you don't have pay the 3.5% credit card fee or mail a check, but both of those are options. They have some financing options, but I didn't look in detail. They were booking 4-5 weeks out, but it can vary. They have done a great job. Love our new fence
We hired Fence and Deck Depot to install fencing in our back yard. They did an amazing job! The installers let us know when they arrived and asked if we had questions prior to the start of the job. Likewise, they let us know when the job was completed and surveyed the job with us to see if we had questions. I would highly recommend Fence and Deck Depot for your fencing needs. We absolutely love our fence, the durability and how it looks in our yard!
We are extremely pleased with our new cedar fence from Fence & Deck Depot. Alex and Jackson did an incredible job. They were prompt, professional, friendly, and kept us updated throughout the installation. The quality of their work exceeded our expectations, and the fence looks fantastic. Highly recommend!
