Submitted my information via the website and gave details, including wall dimensions, to be told I would be called by an estimator. Estimator called and asked for SAME dimensions I already gave. Then estimator told me the job was "really small" and "not worth it" and he was unsure he could be competitive and I should look into a handyman service instead. Thanks for wasting MY time and yours.
Called and scheduled an appointment for a quote. The day of the appointment Mark called complaing about how far the property is. Later that day the office called saying he would be there at the appointed time. Waited a hour and half, he never showed or called. I haven't heard anything from Mark or the office. Way to do business. Apex metalworx is now doing my fencing and they're awesome!
Needed to give a thumbs up for this company, my fence was rotted out and old, AZ fence came out and gave me an estimate for a new wood fence and did a terrific job. I would refer them to anyone in need of fence repair or replacement.
I am new to the area and was recommended to Arizona Fence Builders for my wrought iron fence on my new home. Mike came out to give me a quote and totally explained the whole process for building my fence and gave me a fair quote. They showed up when scheduled and installed a beautiful fence!
