I have a highly anxious cat, and despite being promised consistency in her care, a student was sent in to administer her vaccines. I tried to be easygoing about it but my cat growled nonstop. It appeared that the needle may have gone through her leg? she very clearly reacted as though she was in pain and a significant amount of the vaccine ended up on the counter. I am so happy with this veterinary clinic! Coming from Heartland, the difference is night and day. The staff is exceptionally experienced, highly knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. It is such a relief to see a well-educated specialist who truly knows what they are doing. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-tier care for their pets!
Very impressed and satisfied with first time visit to Airdrie location as my smaller town vet isn't open on weekends. First off the building is beautiful, very calming and welcoming atmosphere. Was able to get in quickly to get my dog seen for my concerns. Dr. Brock was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and reassuring just great overall energy and dogs took well to him right away.
I have a tiny 16 weeks old Chihauha Odin. They treated him really well. He was in for third puppy shots deworming and rabies. They even did his nails for me, he is so tiny I have trouble doing his nails myself. Dr. Tom even mentioned calcium versus phosphorous for puppies for their bones. I got some right away. Dr. Tom was very friendly and informative. I have seen Dr. Cheryl and Dr. Meg as well. The technicians are also amazing.
