Last year I purchased a package for hair removal and had to go through 4 different techs, long story short, I am very disappointed with the results, I saw very little results. Total waste of my money �

I am so disappointed they got rid of Araceli. She was wonderful and made you feel very comfortable with services provided. One of the main reasons why I kept going back. There has been a change in staff and customer service is HORRIBLE. Whoever answers the phones now are very rude and not knowledgeable. Double booked appointments and wait time is long. Never was I burned or hurt in any way, but not so sure about the new technician. If anyone knows where Araceli went, please let me know!
