horrible customer service and the Manager responds in a very rude manner. You may have some good reviews but I suggest people look at all the reviews and see how the negative reviews are responded too. I had a bad experience and I assume who I spoke to Muhamed was a higher up. We are free to speak and write our review negative or positive. As a paying customer I expected to have my situation handled properly and professional mannerism. Horrible customer service. Good luck

so I just decided to eat my side salad that came with my chicken finger platter last night and to my surprise I found a black piece of long hair. So I just called and told them and said I'll take a picture...I asked if I could get a discount or something for this experience and he told me he will come give me another little side salad and take the old one.
