I don’t recommend this place. They actually double charged me for lab work. When I called the office and brought it to their attention, her rude receptionist or whoever this person is that schedules visits. She said she will follow up with me. She never did. It’s been about three weeks now… instead of her just treating you, she will have come back for endless visits…Plus the wait is super long.
Very professional and caring Doctor and staff
My experience with Dr. Ingy Khattaby was amazing. The front desk staff were very kind, and the Quest lab desk inside the clinic made my two blood tests in one week very smooth. Results were posted on my clinic account in less than 24 hours (much faster than the 48 hours it took at another Quest location). Dr. Khattaby is an exceptionally professional and compassionate physician. She kindly offered to open her clinic outside of regular office hours to accommodate my wife, which we truly appreciated. My wife had a wonderful experience and felt safe, cared for, and in very capable hands. I highly recommend her.
Dr. Khattaby is an exceptional gynecologist. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and clearly stays up to date with the latest research and medical practices. Her calm, caring approach made me feel comfortable and reassured. At the same time, she is appropriately cautious and firm when it comes to what is medically best for us. Her decisions are always guided by sound medical judgment and genuine care equally.
