Dr. Pham is amazing and so nice! She delivered my second and Third baby and was so gentle and really put the care in making sure my pregnancy was smooth and I was well taken care of. Thank you ♥️
0 Stars!! Dont come here. My dr was dr dhaliwal. Long story short ive been having adnormal bleeding for 2 months going on 3. On 9/1 i saw dr dhaliwal for my post op. As usual she comes off cold and uncaring and shows no compassion. I was literally in tears. I found out later in the day she passed me onto dr pham to do my surgery and although i didnt appreciate the lack of transperancy by her i was ok with seeing dr pham bc she genuinely seems to care for her patients. I type this as im laying here in pain. My initial doctor was Dr. Dhaliwal. I dont feel as though i have been listened to this entire time during this process. I went in because of abnormal bleeding that wont stop, clotting and extreme cramping. After some test the dr gave me my options and I said from the start i wanted a hysterectomy. I was very happy with Dr. Dhaliwal she is amazing, BUT her staff has not the best customer service skills. At first they failed to send my insurance information for my 12 week scan, even tho o kept calling to make sure everything was up to date and the front desk lady said everything was fine. So I missed that one and had to one somewhere else weeks after, then I moved out of state and my new DR.
