While there on site facilities and physicians are super kind and efficient, their billing is a nightmare and not transparent. Beware of overcharge!!!! All of a sudden, my plan share is $90 when it was a consistent amount. I called their customer service line and inquired why my insurance was billed a higher amount and was told because duration of the telehealth visit. I am having a great experience with this center. I was feeling bad due to low ferritin and they made sure to give me a quick appointment. My initial consultation was exceptional; the doctor listened to me, explained everything and by next day, I was having my first infusion and this week I had my second one. All the nurses at the Miami location are friendly, attentive and so kind. I am very grateful to have found this center that cares for its patients with so much professionalism. Great experience. The staff was lovely and monitored the entire process. Chairs recline and are comfortable, which is great since you are sitting for a long time. I recommend for anyone needing their services.
