Great service and customer support!! Everyone at Felton's is kind, patient, informative and knowledgeable. Customer service is important to them and quality work is obvious. I highly recommend them.
These guys have saved our butts more than once. Just recently during our mini heat wave, my heat pump crapped out. I called them late in the day, and they had a guy out to fix it next day. Always super friendly and reasonably priced. I will use them every time.
They made sure I wasn't ripped off by other companies who didn't bother to tell me that it was a simple fix. These guys are truly amazing, Brian is seriously one of a kind, and my family thanks you so very much for helping us save a ton of money!!!!!!
Great local heating and cooling business. Brian Felton is very professional and takes pride in his estimates and work. They stand behind their work if something happens that they worked on call them. I had a small issue year and half after install they got me scheduled right away. Highly recommend Feltons.
Feltons is a solid HVAC option if you live in Columbia County! They replaced our old 80% gas furnace with a 96% furnace and added Air conditioning to our house back in 2021. They supplied electrician and all to install the disconnect for the A/C. From the front office staff, estimator, install, annual maintenance and repair techs; all have been professional and great to work with. Also stood by the warranty here 5yrs later when the furnace needed a part. Keep up the great work!
