I thought I found the right place in Longview for my HVAC home and commercial needs. After spending $22,317.95 on a new 5 Ton unit on 10/26/2023 it quit under two years later. Now they want to charge to repair coils that "rubbed on each other" causing a hole and fifteen pounds of refrigerant has leaked out. If the coils rubbed on each other due to vibration, I would expect that it was from a poor installation. I asked the tech if it would be covered and he said no.
