I have been taking my cars (4 total with my household) to feltners for a few years. I went with my son to get his car inspected, this was his 1st time so I wanted him to know the process. They inspected the car and told me it would be rejected because of a torn wiper blade and the srs sensor was on. Tim Feltner said he could run a diagnostic, I said ok. He came back after 5mins and said the "airbag computer is fried." I asked him "is that something people repair or is it too expensive?" He said "I don't know lady you can do ... read more
This place is a joke. Had vehicle 2 1/2 months, and did very little, except take my money. Tries to dictate what you do with you vehicle. Had to tow vehicle to another shop. Apparently only wants small, quick, in and out jobs, and not the big ones. Never again!!
