I want to be clear that everyone else at Fellsway Pediatrics has been great, the providers and staff we’ve interacted with have been kind and professional. Unfortunately, the repeated issues I’ve experienced are solely with the front desk receptionist named Karen. Out of five visits, I’ve had problems four times, and each time it’s the same situation.
